Srini
Twenty five years of experience in the IT industry, with DBA experience since 1993 and Apps DBA experience since 1998. Have been a developer, DBA, Apps DBAm, and an Architect with experience in databaser versions 7 thru 11g and Applications versions 10.4 thru 12.1.2.

Paul
Paul has over 19 years of IT experience as a software developer and Oracle Database Administrator. As a Performance Specialist at Hotsos, Paul focuses on improving performance and stability of Oracle Applications installations. Since the inception of the OAUG EBS Applications Technology SIG, he has served as the Program Director. He is an Oracle Ace and co-author of Oracle Applications DBA Field Guide and Oracle R12 Applications DBA Field Guide. Sandra
Over twenty years of experience with Oracle database administration specifically supporting Oracle E-Business Suite environments. For years Sandra has been a presenter and panel member at OAUG, NCOAUG, CSOAUG, OVOAUG, SROAUG, NorCal OAUG, Oracle Apps World and Oracle Open World Conferences (110+ sessions). Sandra continues to be active in the OAUG organization and serves as a Director on various OAUG GEO and SIG Boards. Sandra has been awarded the OAUG Member of the Year Award for 2008 at the Collaborate 2008 Conference in April 2008 in Denver CO. In December 2008 Sandra received the Oracle ACE Award by Oracle Corporation.
Norm
Norm has over 15 years of IT experience with the past 10 years being in the Oracle Apps world as both a developer and a DBA. He co-authored the Oracle R12 Applications DBA Field Guide and has presented and co-presented multiple sessions at Collaborate.
Jon
Jon has been an IT professional for nearly twenty years, working as an Oracle and SQL Server DBA for nearly fifteen years, specializing as an Oracle Applications DBA for over twelve of those years. He is experienced in Oracle Apps from 10.7 through 12.1.3 as well other Oracle products such as Application Management Suite, Governance, Risk & Compliance, BI Enterprise Edition and BI Applications.
Christina
Christina has over sixteen years of experience as an Oracle Applications DBA. She is strong in Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and Upgrades and spoke at last year’s OAUG Connection in Austin,TX about her approach in “thinking outside the box” with zero downtime for an R12.1.3 Upgrade in an Advanced Supply Chain Planning environment. Experienced in ASCP, Demantra, Agile and GRC - Governance, Risk & Compliance. Her positive outlook is contagious!
